Kimlun has informed that the group had accepted an award of a construction contract from Sunway Parkview Sdn Bhd for main building works for houses, ancillary buildings and amenities in its development in Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor.
The contract value of the contract is RM133.6 million and the construction work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
The group expects the project to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets for the financial years during the contract period.
