LFE Corporation Bhd’s (LFE) unit, LFE Engineering Sdn Bhd, had accepted a letter of award today (Feb 7) from Puncakcity Development Sdn Bhd (PDSB) to be the contractor for earthworks and related works for RM10.96 million.
In a Bursa filing today (Feb 7), it said that the contract was for the period of 8 months from 7 February 2024 to 6 October 202
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of LFE Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 and up to the expiry of the contract,” it said.
The group added besides LFE executive chairman and substantial shareholder Chuah Chong Ewe, none of the director, substantial shareholder or person connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the contract.
