Reneuco informed that it has submitted its annual report today, after announcing that its share on the stock exchange could be suspended on 9 February if it failed to do so.
The company has on 8 February 2024 submitted its Annual Report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports in respect of the financial period ended 30 September 2023 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for public release.
In view of the above, the company said there will be no suspension of trading in the above Company’s securities on 9 February 2024.
