Perak Corp Seeks Another 12 Months For Regularisation Plan

Perak Corp has informed that it had submitted to Bursa for another 12 months extension to submit its regularisation plan in accordance to the PN17 criteria.

Bursa had already given the state owned company an extension back in November to 10 February 2024 and this will be second time it is seeking an extension.

The company submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of twelve months this time which will give it till February 2025 to submit the regularisation plan.

However,, the outcome of the application of the EOT Application will determine the Perak Corps position moving forward.
