Reneuco which was dicing on its late submission of its overdue annual report has informed in a Bursa filing that it has been admitted into the PN17 listing.
The group has wared this week that it could be subjected to the practice note 17 after failing to meet conditions set out by the Exchange. After managing to submit the report yesterday, the group today announced that Messrs Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT, the Company’s external auditors, have expressed a disclaimer of opinion in the Independent Auditors’ Report on pages 96-103 of the 2023 Annual Report it submitted.
Reneuco said it had appointed Special Independent Review Consultant and Independent Technical Review Consultant to review the finding.
