Ekovest Gets Approval From EPF For Exit Plan In DUKE Highway Deal

Konsortium Lebuhraya Utara-Timur KL Sdn Bhd (Kesturi) a subsidiary of Ekovest has obtained shareholders approval to extend the exit period under the agreement with EPF to 1 year with an automatic extension for another year to 12 February 2026.

This comes from the earlier announcements dated 19 August 2016, 21 September 2016, 2 November 2016, 8 November 2016, 18 November 2016, 22 December 2016, 19 January 2017, 24 January 2017 and 13 February 2017 in relation to the 40% disposal in Kesturi to EPF.

The extension is to facilitate and implement exit plan for EPF and the Company. For information, Ekovest and EPF are evaluating various viable options together to implement the Exit Event or any alternative plan in the best interests of the Parties.
