Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) has announced that 16 areas will face unscheduled water supply disruptions due to electrical supply issues at Stage One Reservoir, here, last night.
In their statement, Air Selangor reported that the electrical problem was detected at 9.06 pm.
“The affected areas include Sungai Besar, Sungai Haji Dorani, Simpang Lima, Sungai Nibong, Pasir Panjang, Tebuk Pulai, Bagan Terap, and Sungai Panjang.
“Also affected are Sepintas, Sekendi, Sungai Pulai, Banting, Tebuk Jawa, Bagan Nakohda Omar (BNO), Sungai Air Tawar, and Parit Baru,” they said.
According to Air Selangor, the expected duration of the work completion will be announced later. Additionally, they said that updates on the current status of the disruption will be periodically updated.
