Healthcare technology company Mywam Sdn Bhd has introduced Agata, a new subscription-based AI-powered healthcare app aimed at revolutionizing digital medical services.
The app features a chatbot utilises advanced technology to support over 30 languages in voice and text formats, allowing patients to engage in unlimited 24×7 conversations with doctors for medical advice, health support, sales queries, and mental motivation.
Doctors can leverage this innovative solution to interact with patients using customised human voices, healthcare knowledge, and avatars for various purposes such as pre-consultation, ongoing advice, or post-consultation follow-ups.
During the launch event, Mywam Founder, Dana Ariya (pic), emphasised Agata’s potential to transform the healthcare industry significantly. “Our mission is to make healthcare accessible and inclusive for everyone, regardless of location or time. Agata ensures constant support, motivation, and trustworthy care for family members at all times.”
Beyond accessibility, Agata fosters collaboration among healthcare professionals, enabling doctors to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, effectively providing patients with access to a dedicated team of experts.
Developed in partnership with Osense, a leading tech research startup from Taiwan, Agata also offers user conveniences such as appointment scheduling, access to health records, and information on healthcare journeys.
For doctors, the app provides tools to streamline healthcare delivery and enhance patient engagement.
Ariya expressed his ambition to onboard 1,000 doctors and reach 1,000,000 patients by August, welcoming investment opportunities from interested companies to join in revolutionizing the healthcare industry for long-term benefits.
Agata’s capabilities are further enhanced by its Agata Knowledge Base (AKB), an updatable repository containing FAQs, procedural guidelines, and essential criteria processed by the stable and secure ChatGPT engine.
