CASB Renews Partnership With MYTV For Third Consecutive Year

Commerce Access Sdn Bhd (CASB) announced the renewal of its partnership with MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd (MYTV) for the third consecutive year. This milestone highlights the enduring collaboration between the two entities and their shared vision of advancing Malaysia’s digital landscape.

MYTV, known for its ‘Free to air’ Digital TV platform with no monthly subscription, leads the transformation of Malaysia’s terrestrial broadcast system from analogue to digital.

As the Common Integrated Infrastructure Provider for Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) service, MYTV drives the nation’s agenda towards digitalisation, aiming to narrow the digital divide and support Malaysia’s MADANI initiative for digital inclusivity.

In complementing MYTV’s DTT services, MYTV has also introduced a new National Streaming Platform in Malaysia called MYTV Mana Mana.

CASB offers comprehensive inbound and outbound contact centre services to enhance customer service for partners like MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd. Leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, chatbots, and analytics, CASB empowers MYTV to strengthen its customer service capabilities and engage effectively with its audience.

The collaboration between MYTV and CASB represents a significant advancement for the nation, combining MYTV’s commitment to providing free access to all Malaysians with CASB’s expertise in empowering organizations to deliver exceptional services.

Commerce Access, Vice President, Afidah Kamaruddin, expressed delight in continuing the partnership with MYTV for the third year.
