Nestcon has announced that it has secured a letter of award from Iskandar Capital Sdn. Bhd for a proposed earthworks and main infrastructure works for Wawari Phase 1 Township Development in Pulai Johor.
Iskandar Capital is an investment holding, and principally engaged in property and land development. The total value of the LOA is estimated to be RM79.5 million which is expected to be completed by 2025. The contract will require Nestcon to carry out contract works in accordance with the other supplementary terms and conditions set out in the LOA.
The group believes the contact will contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing throughout the duration of the contract works.
