Auto Bavaria Chan Sow Lin Reopens With New Look

Auto Bavaria, the leading authorised BMW dealership network in Malaysia, has officially launched its newly refurbished showroom in Chan Sow Lin (CSL), marking a significant upgrade in customer experience and service offerings.

The revamped showroom, spanning an impressive 35,000 square feet across the Ground and First floors, is designed to provide customers with a premium ownership journey from the moment they step in.

BMW Group Malaysia, Managing Director, Benjamin Nagel emphasised the commitment to enhancing premium individual mobility through continuous improvement.

He highlighted the addition of EV charging infrastructures as part of the enhancements, aligning with BMW Group Malaysia’s dedication to advancing electrified mobility in the country.

Auto Bavaria, Managing Director, Vi Thim Juan said “With this transformation of our latest showroom, we look forward to welcoming our customers into the enhanced dealership, providing a premium ownership experience. The revamped Auto Bavaria CSL features state-of-the-art facilities and services, with 36 years of experience in delivering Sheer Driving Pleasure, which affirms our commitment to delivering the highest excellence in customer service.”

Upon entering the showroom, customers will be greeted by a contemporary and inviting space, complemented by customer-centric amenities such as consultation stages and a central hospitality area.

The BMW bar and lounge provide a relaxing environment for customers to unwind during their visit. Additionally, a dedicated Parts, Accessories, and Lifestyle area allows customers to explore vehicle upgrades and iconic BMW & MINI merchandise.

With a team of six staff members, Auto Bavaria CSL offers personalised services aimed at delivering a streamlined experience for customers. The showroom includes familiar facilities such as the Sales Lounge, Service Consultation Lounge, and Multifunctional Handover Bay for customer convenience.

Notably, Auto Bavaria CSL is actively contributing to the advancement of electrified mobility in Malaysia by providing equipped AC and DC charging facilities at the dealership.

This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance accessibility to charging infrastructures nationwide, with over 2,020 charging facilities now available across the country.
