Mudajaya Chairman Lee Eng Leong Steps Down

Mudajaya Group Berhad has announced a change in management with Mr. Lee Eng Leong stepping down as Executive
Chairman effective 1st April 2024 due to personal reasons.

With that announcement, the Group has redesignated its Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Ir. James Wong Tet Foh as the Group’s new Executive Chairman from that date. The group noted that Lee will remain as an advisor to the Group for the next few months to ensure a smooth transition together with the support of the Board.

In addition, Mr. Alvin Chew Chee Wai, who is currently heading the Construction Division, will be appointed as the Acting Group Chief Operating Officer to help oversee the operations of the Group covering the Construction, Trading and Manufacturing, Property as well as Power divisions.
