VentureTECH Sdn. Bhd. (VentureTECH) and VentureTECH SBI Sdn. Bhd. have jointly invested RM10 million in Bateriku (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Bateriku.com). The partnership the group said aims to support the startup in the roadside assistance industry by building its own ecosystem to connect Battery, Breakdown, car workshops, and Bazaar.
Both VCs have allocated RM3 million and RM7 million, respectively, to provide Bateriku.com with essential resources to enhance its technology infrastructure, expand its service portfolio, and scale its operations to meet the growing demand for efficient roadside assistance solutions.
The startup emerged as Malaysia’s premier connected roadside assistance solutions provider, serving over one million vehicle owners with comprehensive on-demand, on-site assistance solutions.
