GlobalTec Formation Berhad has informed that its unit NuEnergy Gas Limited listed on the Australian Stock Exchange that the Heads of Agreement expired on 30 March 2024 and that its subsidiary Dart TE and PT LARAS ENERGY have mutually agreed to extend the HOA,
The new HOA will be extended to 30 June 2024; or upon the execution of a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement between the parties; or upon the parties agreeing in writing to terminate the HOA before 30 June 2024, whichever comes first.
