The partnership entails furnishing Gamuda Cove’s The Camellia show unit with Samsung’s comprehensive Bespoke AI ecosystem – marking a first-of-its-kind initiative in Malaysia.

“We recognise the importance of creating sustainable townships that stand the test of time. Our homes are designed with eco-friendly infrastructure, and this collaboration with Samsung further enhances our commitment to sustainable living,” Gamuda Land, Chief Executive Officer, Chu Wai Lune said.

Samsung Malaysia Electronics President Denny Kim emphasised the transformative potential of AI in enhancing lifestyles. “We are pleased to collaborate with Gamuda Land to showcase the capabilities of our Bespoke AI appliances, enabling homeowners to enjoy an intuitive and connected home environment,” said Kim.

The Bespoke AI Home offers homeowners streamlined household chores, personalized recommendations, and seamless integration with various smart devices, elevating convenience and efficiency.

Highlighting the role of AI in smart cities, Chu elaborated on Gamuda Cove’s vision. “At the core of smart cities lies the seamless integration of urban functions, leveraging data to enhance services, elevate living standards, and promote environmental sustainability,” he said.

The deployment of IoT devices and AI-driven systems, such as smart traffic lights and predictive maintenance, promises safer neighborhoods, streamlined parking, and enhanced infrastructure upkeep.

Moreover, leveraging AI and 5G technology, Gamuda Land aims to integrate 5G-connected smart grids into their townships to boost energy efficiency and ensure sustainable long-term development.
