EVD Berhad has announced that it subsidiary EV-Dynamic Sdn. Bhd., was awarded a Sub-Contract to design, supply, deliver, install, testing and commissioning of Smart Building and Security Services.
However only now its was given permission by Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd to disclose the pertinent information in relation to the Sub-Contract.
The company said the duration of the Sub-Contract is approximately 21 months from 5 January 2024 to 31 October 2025. The total value of the Sub-Contract is RM59.6million.
The Board is of the view that the Sub-Contract is in the best interest of EVD’s Group. While the Sub-Contract would not have any material effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of EVD for the financial year ending 2024 onwards.
