Inta Bina announced that its subsidiary Inta Bina Sdn Bhd had accepted the Letter of Award from Eco Ardence Sdn Bhd for Main Building Works for the total contract sum of RM348.9 million.
The contract it said was for the proposed Maya Integrated Development.
Details of the contracts for phase 1 is 1 block of 13 storey building from 5-17 floor including roof floor 1 mechanical floor. Next is 2 blocks if commercial space including a education centre and childcare centre, kindergarten, offices, swimming pool, and gymnasium.
Phase 2 will include a 25 storey apartment block and under phase 3 will include a 20 storey service apartment with facilities.
The projectt is situated in Eco Ardence, Shah Alam.
