Customers are encouraged to utilise alternative digital banking services offered by MBSB Bank, such as the M Journey online banking platform, DuitNow QR system, and MBSB Bank Online Banking Wallet, to ensure uninterrupted transactions.
MBSB Bank assured that all balances held in e-wallet accounts will be promptly refunded to their respective account holders.
