The authorities have classified the shooting at KLIA 1 as a private incident involving an individual and have ruled out any terrorists intention, the Selangor top cop says the situation is under control.
In a bizarre case this morning, a gun wielding man shot two rounds at the KL International Airport which was said to hit a local and his personal bodyguard. The police have spread a dragnet to capture the unidentified man who is said to be heading north from KLIA.
It is ha been now confirmed that the shooter was targeting the wife of the man who was waiting for Umrah pilgrims. The case has been identified as attempted murder.
