Transport Minister, Anthony Loke justified awarding Heitech Padu which won the tender for the MySikap and mainframe project worth RM190 million.
The Minister said among the three companies invited for the open tender for the project, Heitech Padu offered the most reasonable costing after all level of evaluation was conducted.
MOT announced the open tender on 21 June 2023 where both projects were combined.
