Crest Builder has been awarded a contract by Kiaramas Development Sdn Bhd for the Construction of 3 blocks of condominiums with car park podium in Desa Kiara for a contract sum of RM 486 million, among the biggest contract the group has landed.
The contract period set out in the letter of acceptance is forty-two months from 2 May 2024 to 1 November 2027.
CB said the contract will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital and on the substantial shareholder’s shareholdings. The contract is also expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2024 and onwards.
