Destini Executive Director Major Dato Kabol Surat has tendered his resignation at the group citing personal reasons.
Major Datuk Kabol Surat has had an illustrious and exemplary career in the Royal Malaysian Airforce, as he established his foothold in the RMAF from 1981 until his retirement in 2005. He is currently the Group’s Chief of Aviation & Defence Division, taking on the responsibility to strengthen the aviation and defence business for the Group.
He holds Direct Interest- 52,800 ordinary shares Direct Interest- 17,600 warrants
