Inta Bina has announced that its subsidiary been handed a Letter of Award from Next Delta Sdn Bhd for the Construction and Completion of Main Building Works for the total contract sum of RM169.6 million.
The proposed development is for Tower A – 27 Levels Serviced Apartments (216 Units) (Level 8 to 34), Tower B – 28 Levels Serviced Apartments (252 Units) (Level 8 to 35) and Common Facilities at Level 36, Podium Block (Level LG1 to Level 8) comprising of carpark, surau and retail lots.
The project is said to be at Tropicana Metropark, Pekan Country Heights, Petaling Jaya with construction expected to be for a period of 33 month.
