Axiata has announced that is has conpleted the acquisition of Bharti Airtel Lanka and is it is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Dialog Axiata.
The acquisition was through the issuance to Bharti Airtel of new ordinary voting shares equivalent to 10.355% of the enlarged total issued shares of Dialog.
