Bursa Malaysia Berhad has announced that Minetech Resources Berhad will officially change its name to Aizo Group Berhad. This rebranding will take effect from 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 25 September 2024.
Under the new name, the company’s securities will be traded as follows:
- Old Name: Minetech Resources Berhad
- Old Stock Short Name: Minetec
- New Name: Aizo Group Berhad
- New Stock Short Name: Aizo
The company’s securities, including the 2021/2026 Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares (ICPS), will also reflect this change:
- Old ICPS: Minetech Resources Berhad – ICPS 2021/2026
- Old Stock Short Name: Minetec-PA
- New ICPS: Aizo Group Berhad – ICPS 2021/2026
- New Stock Short Name: Aizo-PA
The stock number for the company will remain unchanged throughout this transition. This rebranding marks a significant step for the company as it aims to enhance its identity in the market.
