Critical Holdings Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has successfully secured a contract worth RM62.5 million from IJM Construction Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad.
The company will undertake the supply, delivery and installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services, for a new semiconductor plant, for renowned USbased multinational company, located at Batu Kawan Bandar Cassia Technology Park, Prai, Penang.
The contract is expected to be completed by August 2025 and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for tenure of the contract.

Tan Si Lim, Critical Holdings’ Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are very pleased to be awarded this contract as it signifies a vote of confidence for our expertise within this field and in our homebase. This contract win following last month’s is a testament and falls in line with our growth strategy on taking on more larger projects with larger value as we solidify our standing and credibility within this growing space.”
The contract win follows on from the Company’s recent contract award last month amounting to RM82 million.
