Exsim Berhad announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary accepted the letter of award worth RM47 million from Discovery Media Sdn. Bhd. for the development of 4 office levels (560 units) and other relevant facilities in Damansara Perdana
The project involves for the purpose of supplying, fabricating, delivery and installing of interior design fit-out works to guest rooms. The overall completion for the sub-contract works wil be 24 months commencing from the date of LOA.
The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the LOA and/or the Sub-Contract Works.
