ES Sunlogy Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd, will be developing a 29.99MWac Large-Scale Solar Photovoltaic (LSSPV) system for the Corporate Green Power Programme in Kulim, Kedah, following a letter of award worth RM34 million from Atlantic Blue Sdn Bhd.
In a Bursa filing, ES Sunlogy said the scope of work include procurement, construction and commissioning of the contract including but not limited to supply, installation, commissioning and testing of the Project SPP Interconnection Facility (SPPIF), TNB Interconnection Facility (TNBIF) and Underground Cable from SPPIF to TNBIF.
The initial operation date of the facility is expected to be May 29, 2025, while the scheduled commercial operation date is on June 30, 2025.
The project is expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share, earnings per share and gearing of ES Sunlogy throughout the contract’s duration.
