Dubai is set to host the world’s largest real estate training session, with organisers AYS Developers and the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute aiming to break a Guinness World Record at a free event on 31 May 2025.
The training, held at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre, will focus on selling off-plan projects in Dubai Islands and is expected to draw thousands of real estate professionals. The session will be led by Dr Nour ElSerougy, a Guinness World Record holder and senior faculty member of the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute.
The initiative aligns with the UAE’s declaration of 2025 as the Year of the Community and is supported by Al Safi Bank, the first Islamic bank in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). The event will also include a panel discussion on investment opportunities in Dubai Islands.
The record-setting event underscores Dubai’s ambition to lead in real estate education and urban innovation, with participation from government representatives and industry leaders.
