T7 Global Bhd has secured a contract extension via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn Bhd, from Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited for maintenance, construction and modification services on the PM3-CAA production sharing contract.
According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the contract runs for six months from June 19 to Dec 18, 2025. The award is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025.
Tanjung Offshore cited potential execution risks including manpower availability, equipment readiness and regulatory requirements, but added that its established track record and experience will help mitigate these risks.
The contract does not require shareholder approval, and no directors or major shareholders have any interest in the award.
