Aneka Jaringan announced that it has received and accepted a Letter of Award valued at RM72.30 million from Quantum Alpha Sdn. Bhd. to undertake piling works for a proposed data centre development located in Eco Business Park V, Ijok, Selangor.
Under the contract, AJSB will be responsible for the full piling scope, including bored piling and associated foundation works, for the construction of a data centre. The development comprises multiple plots, with works covering key structural and supporting facilities such as data centre blocks, offices, and other essential infrastructure.
Construction is slated to commence on 28 July 2025 and is targeted for completion by 27 December 2025. The contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s earnings and net assets for the financial years ending 31 August 2025 and 31 August 2026.
