This November, tennis icon Novak Djokovic will trade the courts for the Caribbean as he hosts an intimate three-day retreat at Amanyara in Turks and Caicos. On November 21–23, 2025, the 24-time Grand Slam champion and Olympic gold medallist will welcome guests to the resort for the first-ever Mobility and Recovery Retreat by Novak Djokovic.
The programme offers rare access to the methods that have underpinned his longevity at the highest level of sport, combining physical training with a focus on holistic wellbeing.
Developed with Aman, where Djokovic acts as a Global Ambassador and Wellness Advisor, the retreat centres on three pillars: mobility, recovery and longevity. Djokovic and his team will give guided sessions in flexibility, agility and functional movement, alongside breathwork, conditioning and personalised recovery practices to support long-term health.
Across three days, energetic court sessions are balanced with slower, restorative work. Mobility drills, guided stretching and recovery techniques give guests a clear view of Djokovic’s methods. The aim is to enhance immediate well-being while providing tools for lasting balance and resilience.
Set within an 18,000-acre nature reserve, Amanyara provides a tranquil and restorative environment thats ideal for the retreat. Known for its exceptional spa and wellness facilities, the resort offers half a mile of pristine white-sand shoreline.
During downtime, guests can explore the island through activities such as diving, snorkelling, and hiking across the surrounding natural landscapes.
Speaking about the retreat, Djokovic shared: “In designing this retreat, my aim is not only to enhance participants’ immediate sense of wellbeing, but also to reflect a shared commitment – with Aman – to the notion of longevity. This focus is not just on living longer but living better. Enhancing recovery and mobility have been at the core of my career from the very beginning, and I’m excited to share my insights and to see what we can all achieve together over the course of our time at Amanyara.”
Aman has led the way in holistic wellness for over 30 years, prioritising longevity and a balanced approach to physical, mental, and spiritual health.
This retreat is an extension of Djokovic’s role as Aman’s Global Ambassador and Wellness Advisor, a partnership launched in 2024 after the successful introduction of the Detoxification Programme by Novak Djokovic across Aman resorts worldwide.
Djokovic’s remarkable achievements include spending 428 weeks as world number one, winning a triple Career Grand Slam, and securing the Golden Slam with Olympic gold alongside his major championships. The Mobility and Recovery Retreat at Amanyara is limited in availability and requires advanced reservations.
