CTOS Digital Berhad announced that it has appointed Tan Ming Yew as Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO), effective 13 October 2025.
Ming Yew brings over 20 years of progressive financial leadership spanning banking, payments, and fast-moving consumer goods. He has led enterprise-wide financial transformation initiatives, large-scale automation programmes, and complex integration projects, delivering significant efficiency gains and strengthening financial governanance.

His combination of technical depth, digital-finance expertise, and strategic insight makes him exceptionally well suited to guide CTOS’s financial strategy and help drive our next phase of growth.”
Prior to joining CTOS, Ming Yew served as Managing Director, Finance & Operations at Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad, where he spearheaded process automation that saved over 27,000 staff hours annually and successfully managed a major bank-merger integration.
He previously held senior finance roles at Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet), and AmBank Group. Ming Yew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
