PBA Holdings Bhd (PBAHB) has announced the appointment of Raja Azmi bin Raja Nazuddin as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, effective 13 October 2025.
Raja Azmi, 58, is a veteran corporate leader with more than 38 years of experience spanning aviation, property development, construction, and information technology sectors. He currently serves on the boards of UDA Holdings Berhad and BWFW Medic Sdn Bhd.
Previously, he held several key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer of the Malaysian Aviation Commission, Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB). His earlier roles also include Executive Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of UDA Holdings Berhad, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Zelan Berhad, and Senior Director of Corporate Development at UEM Group.
Raja Azmi holds a Master of Business Administration from the Malaysian Institute of Management and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
PBA Holdings Bhd is the investment holding company of Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd (PBAPP), which manages water supply services in Penang.
