Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds are expected in parts of Terengganu, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan and Sabah until 5 pm today, according to the Malaysian Meteorological Department.
The warning, issued at 3:25 pm today, covers Hulu Terengganu, Dungun, Kemaman and Marang in Terengganu.
In Pahang, the affected districts are Raub, Bentong, Temerloh and Bera, while Jelebu in Negeri Sembilan is also under the warning.
In Sabah, the warning applies to Ranau in the West Coast division.
The department advised the public in the affected areas to remain alert as thunderstorms, heavy rainfall and strong winds may occur during the warning period.
