Censof Holdings Bhd has appointed Mohd Rohaimie Ab Manaf as its new Group Chief Financial Officer, bolstering the company’s financial leadership as it pursues regional growth.
Mohd Rohaimie brings over 20 years of experience across financial reporting, audit, compliance, tax, budgeting and forecasting in multinational corporations and regional firms.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Group Accountant at Century Software, Censof’s core subsidiary, overseeing group-wide financial operations, governance and Bursa Malaysia reporting.
“His broad experience in financial governance and operational finance will strengthen Censof’s execution capabilities as we scale in Malaysia and the region,” said Group Managing Director Ameer Shaik Mydin.
In his new role, Mohd Rohaimie will lead financial reporting, budgeting, treasury and compliance while supporting the group’s digital finance initiatives and long-term value creation.
“I aim to enhance financial governance and support Censof’s technology ambitions to create sustainable value for the government, businesses and shareholders,” Mohd Rohaimie said.
