Fingular Sets Up Malaysia Fintech Hub As Global Team Base

Fingular, a global fintech holding company headquartered in Singapore, will be opening a new fintech hub in Malaysia, strengthening its international network and placing Kuala Lumpur at the centre of its people-first expansion strategy.

The Malaysia hub will house part of Fingular’s team in a purpose-built, modern office, while remaining fully accessible to employees across the group. Staff from other countries can work from the Kuala Lumpur office on short- or long-term assignments, combining remote flexibility with face-to-face collaboration and team-wide sessions.

Fingular already operates from its Singapore headquarters and a team hub in Serbia. The addition of Malaysia reflects the group’s plan to establish physical offices in every market it operates in, enabling deeper engagement with local cultures and user needs.

Chief Executive Officer Maxim Chernushchenko said the move underscores the company’s belief that global growth is driven by people as much as by markets.

“By creating collaborative spaces that support connection and personal development, Fingular aims to scale its products while keeping teams closely aligned,” Chernushchenko added.

Chernushchenko emphasised that the new hub adds momentum to Kuala Lumpur’s growing reputation as a regional fintech and technology talent hub, while giving Fingular a strategic base to support its expanding global operations.
