Scoot’s New Year Sale Makes Travel More Affordable For Malaysians

Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, has launched a New Year promotional fare campaign for travellers across Malaysia, the airline announced on Jan 7.

The sale, available from Jan 7 to 12, 2026, covers one-way fares from 11 Malaysian cities to destinations across Southeast Asia, North Asia, Australia and Europe.

Fares start from RM82 for Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, RM329 to Perth, RM309 from Kuantan to Taipei and RM649 from Malacca to Tokyo.

Travel periods span from Jan 7 to Oct 24, 2026, with blackout dates during school holidays and major events.

Scoot also offers ScootPlus upgrades, which include extra legroom, additional cabin baggage, inflight refreshments, internet access and priority boarding, starting from RM259 to Singapore and RM1,399 to Melbourne or Osaka.

The airline noted that seats are available while stocks last and bookings can be made through Scoot’s official website, mobile app and authorised sales channels.
