Raffles Hotels & Resorts is entering the fashion and homeware space with the launch of The Butler Did It Collection, a limited-edition capsule that signals the brand’s expansion into ready-to-wear and e-commerce.
The collection is available exclusively at Printemps New York and Printemps Paris until March 10, 2026, with a select number of pieces also offered online.
Created in collaboration with Globe-Trotter, Frette and Christofle, and developed under the direction of stylist Jessica Diehl, the range prioritises practical luxury over statement design.
Spanning ready-to-wear, travel and homeware, the edit is designed to integrate seamlessly into everyday life while maintaining a clear connection to Raffles’ heritage.
Clothing includes pyjamas, polos, cashmere knitwear and velvet smoking jackets in a restrained colour palette. Accessories and home pieces lean into detail: a bespoke Raffles-green Globe-Trotter carry-on suitcase with palm-print lining, Italian-made velvet slippers embroidered with “The Butler Did It”, and a stainless-steel coffee cup by Christofle finished with a leather cuff.
The name of the collection is derived from Raffles’ long-standing shorthand for its butler service, referencing the behind-the-scenes precision the brand is known for. The idea translates neatly into product form, with items that feel intentional, functional and lightly tongue-in-cheek.
This launch also acts as a preview of a larger lifestyle push. Raffles plans to introduce a full ready-to-wear and home collection via a dedicated e-commerce platform in autumn 2026, following a wider shift among luxury hotel brands towards retail and brand-led experiences. For Raffles, it’s a move that extends the hotel experience beyond a stay — and into everyday use.
