PR1MA Corporation Malaysia, the housing agency under the Housing Ministry, informed that Brian Iskandar Zulkarim was appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2026.
Brian Iskandar has held senior leadership roles across multiple sectors, demonstrating strong capabilities in corporate transformation, organisational restructuring, and the execution of complex, large-scale initiatives.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Bandar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a Government-Linked Company under the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Ts. Brian Iskandar has also led a listed company as Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Damansara Realty Berhad, where key initiatives under his leadership included the development of Bandar Damansara Aliff in Johor and Bandar Damansara Kuantan in Pahang.
He previously served at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) as Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary, Urusan Teknologi Wawasan, and as General Manager of Transformation Management and Overseas Ventures.
Brian Iskandar began his career in 1997 in New York as a mechanical engineer. He holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, United States.
