Ibraco FY25 Net Profit Climbs 48% To RM72.3 Million On Construction, Property Growth

Sarawak-based property and infrastructure developer Ibraco Bhd reported a 48.2% jump in net profit to RM72.3 million for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2025 (FY25), up from RM48.8 million a year earlier, supported by strong contributions from its Construction and Property Development segments.

Revenue for FY25 also rose 36.6% year-on-year to RM769 million, with the Construction division contributing RM419.9 million (54.6% of total) and Property Development generating RM300.5 million (39.1%). Manufacturing and quarry operations contributed the balance, while other income surged to RM37.2 million from RM8.6 million, boosted by government land compensation and fair value gains on investment properties.

For the fourth quarter ended FY25, Ibraco posted a lower net profit of RM15 million on revenue of RM189.7 million, down from RM22 million in net profit a year earlier, reflecting softer quarterly performance in construction and property sales.

With an outstanding order book of RM734.9 million and unbilled sales of RM304.3 million, Ibraco said it is well-positioned to sustain growth amid Malaysia’s expanding construction and infrastructure landscape.
