AGMO Holdings Bhd posted a profit after tax (PAT) of RM5.87 million for the nine months ended Dec 31, 2025 (9M26), a 21% increase from RM4.84 million a year earlier, driven by recurring income from its JomeInvoice e-Invoicing solution and higher contributions from subscription, hosting, technical support and maintenance services.
For the third quarter ended FY26 (3Q26), revenue rose 25% to RM11.03 million, while PAT more than doubled to RM3.42 million, supported by higher completion of bespoke digital solution projects, steady adoption of JomeInvoice and reduced outsourced development costs, partly offset by higher amortisation of development expenses.
CEO Tan Aik Keong said the quarter reflects improved project execution and operational efficiency, while recent investments in internal engineering talent and delivery capabilities continue to support growth.
He highlighted the launch of SME Hero AI and enhancements to JomeInvoice as key initiatives to expand recurring income and strengthen long-term resilience.
Tan emphasised that Agmo remains focused on generative artificial intelligence-driven solutions, sustainability-aligned innovations and ecosystem collaborations to drive sustainable growth in Malaysia’s digital solutions sector.
