Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad has secured a RM54 million contract for early works on a data centre project in Kuala Lumpur.
The group said its wholly owned subsidiary, had accepted a letter of award from NEXTDC Sdn Bhd for the KL1 Stage 4 Data Centre (ST4-GC01) early works package.
The contract, awarded involves initial construction works for the data centre and is scheduled for completion by October 2026.
Mitrajaya said the project is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending December 2026, with no impact on its share capital or shareholding structure.
