Reneuco Appeals Delisting Decision, Bursa Defers Suspension Pending Outcome

Reneuco Berhad has filed an appeal against Bursa Malaysia’s decision to suspend and delist its securities, after its request for additional time to submit a regularisation plan was rejected.

The company said it submitted the appeal on April 13, 2026, seeking both a reversal of the delisting notice and a review of Bursa Malaysia’s refusal to grant an extension for the submission of its regularisation plan.

The appeal comes after Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad previously rejected the company’s request for more time to address its financial and operational issues under Practice Note 17 (PN17) / Guidance Note 3 requirements.

As a result of the appeal, the scheduled suspension and delisting of Reneuco’s securities, originally set for April 16, 2026, will be deferred until a final decision is made.

The company said it will make further announcements as material developments arise, while continuing efforts to resolve its PN17 status.

Reneuco remains under heightened regulatory scrutiny as it works to formulate a viable regularisation plan to restore compliance with listing requirements.
