MyDigital ID Reports Smooth Rollout Of SSO System For MyJPJ App

The Single Sign-On (SSO) integration between MyDigital ID and the MyJPJ app has been running without issues since it was rolled out on May 1, with no technical disruptions reported so far.

According to MyDigital ID, the system is stable and working as intended, making it easier for users to access services securely. So far, about seven million MyJPJ users have logged in using MyDigital ID, out of a total of 12 million registered MyDigital ID users nationwide.

The shift to SSO means users only need one verified digital identity, based on official records, to access public services. That cuts down on multiple passwords and lowers the risk of account breaches, fraud and identity misuse.

Users are encouraged to activate MyDigital ID and keep both apps updated to use the feature. MyDigital ID is also continuing to work with the Road Transport Department and the National Cyber Security Agency to keep the system secure and running smoothly.
