LBS Bina Group Berhad has secured four accolades at the Real Estate Developer Awards 2026, including recognition as one of the Top 10 Property Developers in Malaysia, highlighting its growing position in the country’s property development sector.
The group received the Foreign Touch Award for Centrum Iris, Excellence in the Business Estate Award for Alam Perdana Industrial Park and Excellence in the Starter Home Award for KITA Sejati. The recognition comes as the awards continue to spotlight developers contributing to Malaysia’s urban growth through residential, industrial and integrated township projects.
LBS said the awards reflect its “Building Tomorrow Together” brand promise, with developments aimed at balancing design, functionality and community needs. Centrum Iris was highlighted for its design-led approach, focusing on curated living spaces and modern lifestyle appeal.
Alam Perdana Industrial Park was recognised for its role in supporting business ecosystems, with developments designed to enable industrial growth and entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, KITA Sejati was acknowledged for improving access to affordable housing, particularly for first-time buyers and young families.
Group Executive Chairman Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San said the recognition reinforces the company’s focus on quality and community building. “These achievements reaffirm LBS’ commitment to excellence, innovation, and community-building. The awards reflect our brand promise of ‘Building Tomorrow Together’, with design, functionality, and people at the heart of every development,” he said.
He added that the group remains focused on moving into the upscale segment while continuing to deliver sustainable and value-driven developments.
