Techna-X Berhad has successfully averted a potential trading suspension of its securities after submitting its long-awaited annual report to Bursa Malaysia.
The company announced that it filed its Annual Report for the financial period ended 31 December 2025 on May 8, 2026. The submission includes the annual audited financial statements along with the auditors’ and directors’ reports.
The filing was made which mandates the timely disclosure of audited financial statements to ensure market transparency.
Previously, the company was at risk of a trading halt. According to a Listing Circular issued earlier this month, Techna-X faced a suspension scheduled for May 11, 2026, had it failed to meet the submission deadline.
With the reports now public, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad confirmed there will be no suspension of trading in Techna-X’s securities.
