Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has secured a RM174.2 million contract from a new client, RB Land Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of IJM Land Berhad, for the construction of a high-rise residential development in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
The contract involves the main building works of a 44-storey serviced apartment block comprising 778 apartment units, 15 retail lots, amongst others. Construction, scheduled to commence on 1 June 2026, is expected to be completed within 35 months.
