OCK Group Bhd, Malaysia’s largest telecommunication network solutions provider and regional tower operator, reported a profit after tax (PAT) of RM41.5 million for the nine months ended March 31, 2026 (9M26), alongside revenue of RM499.9 million.
For the quarter under review, the group posted revenue of RM174.7 million and PAT of RM15.9 million, reflecting continued contributions from its telecommunications network solutions projects and recurring tower leasing and managed services income.
For the cumulative nine-month period, OCK’s performance was driven by steady demand across its telecom infrastructure and digital ecosystem operations.
The group did not provide direct year-on-year comparisons following its financial year-end change from Dec 31, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
Managing Director Datuk Sam Ooi Chin Khoon said the results reflected OCK’s strengthening position in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure space, supported by its TNS projects, growing data centre-related activities and resilient recurring income base across Southeast Asia.
He added that the group remains focused on expanding its infrastructure footprint, improving execution and capturing opportunities in telecoms, digital solutions and sustainable energy to support long-term growth.
