MSB Global Dato Nonee Retires As Independent Chairwoman

ACE Market-listed aftermarket automotive parts and lubricants supplier MSB Global Group Berhad has announced the retirement of its Independent Non-Executive Chairwoman, Dato’ Nonee Ashirin Binti Dato’ Mohd Radzi.

According to a boardroom change filing with Bursa Malaysia, the 54-year-old corporate leader stepped down from her position at the conclusion of the company’s 2nd Annual General Meeting held yesterday, June 5, 2026.

Dato’ Nonee was originally appointed to the board on December 1, 2023, steering the group’s corporate governance framework through its preparation phase and eventual public listing on the ACE Market in early 2025.

A lawyer by training, she holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wolverhampton, UK. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1997 and subsequently admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1999, eventually rising to become a Partner at Arthur Yeong & Associates in 2006.

Beyond her legal practice, Dato’ Nonee commands highly specialised leadership experience in the aerospace, defense, and aviation sectors.

Prior to her tenure as Chairwoman of MSB Global Group, Dato’ Nonee served on the boards of several major public listed corporations and government-linked entities. Notably, she held positions as an Independent Non-Executive Director at diversified conglomerate Boustead Holdings Berhad (2019 to 2023) and agribusiness giant FGV Holdings Berhad (2021 to 2023).

MSB Global Group confirmed that she holds a minor direct equity stake consisting of 250,000 ordinary shares in the company.
